E-mail a Patient

Receiving wishes from a loved one can help brighten a patient’s day. Even if you have already visited or sent a gift, Bothwell’s E-mail A Patient feature provides another way to show your concern and stay in touch with a loved one.

E-mails are hand-delivered to patients from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday, by American Red Cross volunteers at Bothwell Regional Health Center. Please note this is not a secure service so do not send personal or confidential information.

It also is important to address your e-mail to the full name of the recipient. E-mails addressed to a first name or last name only may not be delivered. We also will not know the nickname of your loved one. Please include the patient’s room number if you know it.
