Bothwell offers eligible employees an excellent benefit package designed to best fit their needs.
Health Insurance: Choose from basic, standard or premium level of coverage with our PPO program. A $500 annual certificate covers services provided and billed by Bothwell Regional Health Center for
eligible employees, spouses and dependent children. Our medical
plan covers an additional 5 percent of health-care costs when employees use the services of Bothwell and its outreach locations.
Dental: Dental insurance is available for both the employee and their family with an employee contribution.
Vision: Bothwell’s vision insurance covers the cost of eye exams, glasses and contact lenses.
Flexible Spending Account: This account lets you set aside tax-free dollars to pay for any allowable health-care expenses
as defined by federal regulations.
Life Insurance:
BRHC pays for life insurance coverage equals two times the employee’s annual salary. Employees may purchase additional coverage on themselves, spouses and dependent children.
Leave: Eligible employees accrue
sick, vacation, and holiday time to use throughout the year.
The amount of time earned depends on the employee's status and
length of service.
Employee Assistance Program: Free and confidential counseling and assistance is available to help employees and family with problems relating to work and home.
Several plans covering accidents, serious illness, and
disability are available to eligible employees who wish to
purchase them.
