Journey Home is a comprehensive and supportive nonprofit program for individuals experiencing homelessness in Warrensburg, Missouri, and the surrounding Johnson County area. Journey Home is designed to provide a safe place for unsheltered persons to reside as they are connected to supportive services. Access to resources such as employment, mental health services and supplemental assistance will reduce many of the barriers which prevent individuals from obtaining and maintaining permanent housing.
