2023 Lub Dub Walk/Run logoThe Bothwell Foundation Lub Dub is fast approaching! We are excited to again host our annual 5K/10K Walk/Run and add a "Let's Get Ready to Lub Dub" 10-week challenge!

Start Time: 8 am

Start Line Location: South of Bothwell Regional Health Center (601 E. 14th St. in Sedalia) near 15th Street and Collins Avenue

Where does the money go?

All proceeds from the Lub Dub event benefit the Camye Callis Gaspard Memorial Heart Fund that provides cardiac-related equipment and items to Bothwell Regional Health Center and to communities in Pettis and Benton counties.

10-Week Challenge

The "Let's Get Ready to Lub Dub" challenge is a partnership with Sedalia Parks & Recreation. All activities are free and open to anyone interested in being more active and learning how fitness improves your heart and your overall health. At the end, you’ll be ready to rock the road in the Lub Dub 5K/10K Walk/Run!
