What’s new in 2024?

  • Rates for the Standard and Premium plans are changing slightly
  • A $20 mental health visit copay is being added for providers in the Health Cooperative of Missouri network, and a $50 copay is being added for providers in Freedom Select/Health Link/First Health networks.
  • Two new plans are being added:
    • Cigna Preferred Provider Organization (PPO)
    • Cigna Health Savings Account (HSA)
  • PAYTIENT line of credit card
    • Employees can sign up for the Paytient card that has a $1,500 credit limit that can be used to pay for health, dental, vision, pharmacy or veterinary expenses over time - no fees or credit check required
    • Employees can choose a repayment plan length of up to 36 months through payroll deduction or from your personal bank account
  • Employee health certificate
    • $250 certificate for benefits-eligible employees not on a Bothwell health insurance plan to use toward Bothwell services

Each eligible employee will receive a personalized email at their @brhc email and at their personal email that is on file with Human Resources that includes a digital benefits booklet and more enrollment information.

You only need to take action if you plan to make changes to any of your benefits for 2024.
