Giving Programs

A gift to the Bothwell Regional Health Center Foundation helps provide resources to bring the best and most current medical services to the people we serve.

Contributions to the Bothwell Foundation can be given in a way that honors your personal values and includes honorariums and memorials, contributing to established funds, planned giving or through special events.

Giving Options

  • In memory of a loved one
    Families may request that in lieu of flowers, friends make a contribution to the Bothwell Foundation in memory of their loved one. The Foundation acknowledges the donor and informs the family that a donation has been made.
  • In honor of a loved one
    Donations may be made to recognize an individual, couple or family on an accomplishment, such as a wedding or graduation, or to show your support in a very special way. These gifts are also special on anniversaries, holidays or other special occasions.
  • Cancer memorial brick
    With a donation of $300 or more, a memorial brick will be placed in the Cancer Center’s therapy garden to honor or remember your loved one. See the memorial brick request form for more details.
  • 2005 Founders Circle
    The Bothwell Foundation was founded in September 2005. The 2005 Founders Circle is a supportive group of individuals who commit to making a $20.05 or more gift each month to advance health care here at home. For more information, visit the 2005 Founders Circle page.
  • To assist with a specific area of service, piece of equipment, education or research 

Gifts of cash, check and credit card are accepted, as well as noncash gifts such as appreciated property, securities, collections and real estate. If you would like to make a gift, contact the foundation to make your gift or give online.

Established Funds

Following is a list of funds the Bothwell Foundation has established to help with a variety of health care needs.

Camye Callis Gaspard Memorial Heart Fund
Provides resources for improving cardiovascular treatment in Pettis and Benton counties.

Frances Loveall Stroke Recovery Fund
Provides resources for services to support stroke recovery treatment and rehabilitation. These services include speech, physical and occupational therapy.

Gene Loveall Cancer Services Fund
Provides resources for improving cancer treatment services in Pettis and Benton Counties.

General Fund
Provides resources to support the mission of the Bothwell Foundation, as well as other health care needs of our community.

General Scholarship Fund
Provides scholarships for continuing education or for those wanting to enter a health related field. For more information, visit the Scholarships page.

Nevin Almquist Physical Therapy Scholarship Endowment
Provides continuing education for existing physical therapists and awards those wanting to enter the physical therapy field scholarships. For more information, visit the Scholarships page.

Pat Gaunt Nursing Scholarship Endowment
Provides continuing education for existing nurses and awards nursing scholarships. For more information, visit the Scholarships page.

Patient Assistance Fund
Provides resources to patients that may need assistance with purchasing medication, transportation, equipment or other items so they have a successful health journey.

Women’s Services Fund
Provides resources for better breast health education, mammograms, screening technology and other gynecological needs, as well as resources for improved OB/GYN services and infant care.

Planned Giving

Some giving methods may provide significant income and/or tax advantages over your lifetime. Planned and estate gifts leave a legacy that will ensure the health care of future generations. Contact the Bothwell Foundation office to learn more.

Special Events

The Bothwell Foundation also hosts special events to raise funds and friends. By attending one of our events, you’ll show the community your support for improving health care services. In addition, you’ll provide important funds for specific needs.
